Mark
Wilczynski - Senior Trainer
Mark Wilczynski’s vast experience provides IDA with the
ability to develop and implement detector dog programs to meet
individual client’s needs. His overseas appointments and
training has provided Mark with the technical skills in various
scent applications and training techniques which is invaluable
in new detector dog programs. Mark has been employed in
specialised dog training applications for over 19 years for the

Kenneth Innes
- Senior Trainer
Ken Innes is a Senior Specialised Dog Trainer and has been
delivering, dog training, technical instruction and advice to
handlers undergoing training from the following government
groups over the past 8 years;
• Australian Quarantine Inspection Service
• New Caledonia Quarantine Inspection Service
• Japanese Agriculture and Quarantine Service
• Western Australia Agriculture EHB Eradication Program
• Pilot programs for Australian Fisheries Management Authority
Ken has trained many dogs and handlers for numerous quarantine
applications during this time and has successfully validated dog
and handler teams on the following scent targets;
• European House Borer
• Meat and Poultry
• Reptiles
• Fruit, Vegetables & Plant Matter
• Abalone

Brett
Anthony Bell - Education & Planning
Brett has been employed by Hanrob for 6 years. He has worked
in several management roles for Hanrob, first employed as the
Operations Manager and then as the Obedience Training Manager.
He is currently employed as Hanrob’s Education and Planning
Manager where he is responsible for co-ordinating, controlling
and designing educational programs for the company and all of
its staff training. In addition to his main role, he is
responsible for overseeing Hanrob’s comprehensive defensive
emergency management plan, as the Emergency Management
Controller.
