Description The teams are trained to find live animal including Insects (Bee). T eams distinguish between odours that are subtly different (Lemon vs lemon scented shampoo. Training methodology; active and passive response, food and/or play reward systems.	Outcomes Many successful seizures and more than 120 field teams trained.
Oct 1999 Onwards	Goods & Services Western Australian State Quarantine Inspection Services (WAQIS) - Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.	Description The teams are trained to find live animal including Insects (Bee). T eams distinguish between odours that are subtly different (Lemon vs lemon scented shampoo. Training methodology; passive response, food reward system.	Outcomes 2 Teams operational.

Description Teams are trained to find live animals and work in a high distraction environment Training methodology; active and passive response, food and/or play reward systems.	Outcomes Project continuation under new subcontract with IDA
2006 Onwards	Goods & Services Australian National Fisheries Compliance Committee (NFCC) - Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.	Description Pilot program training involves teaching dogs to search effectively in the outdoor environment. Training methodology; active and passive response, food and/or play reward systems.	Outcomes One successful field operation at Brisbane airport, further program development underway NSW/TAS
Augt 2007 To Dec 2007	Goods & Services Western Australian Department of Agriculture and Food	Description The teams are trained to detect the scent of European House Borer (EHB) in pine wood.	Outcomes 2 Teams operational.
Aug 2007 Onwards	Goods & Services Hong Kong Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation	Description Teams are trained to find live animals and work in a high distraction environment on the China / Hong Kong border crossings. Training methodology; active and passive response, food and/or play reward systems.	Outcomes 5 Teams operational.
